If two (2) or more candidates wish to form an electoral alliance they must fill the electoral alliance establishing form. An electoral alliance can consist of no more than the number of representatives elected in the election.
The electoral alliance establishing form must include the name and possible identifier of the election alliance and the names and birthdays of the candidates. A candidate can not be in more than one election coalition. One person acts as the representative of the electoral alliance. The representative can be one of the candidates.
Two (2) or more electoral alliances can form an electoral coalition as long as the total number of candidates is no more than two times the number of the representatives elected in the election. Electoral coalitions can also include independent candidates as well as electoral alliance(s). Candidates can not join multiple electoral coalitions or lists at the same time. An electoral coalition establishing form must be filled to form an electoral coalition.
The establishing form must include the name and possible identifier of the electoral coalition and list all the names of the electoral alliances. One person acts as the representative of the electoral coalition. The representative can be one of the candidates.
The name or identifier of a candidate, electoral alliance or coalition can not insult anyone’s personal rights and it can not be commercial or otherwise inappropriate. If the name or identifier does not fill these requirements the election board reserves the right to disregard the name or identifier. In this case the candidate list, alliances and coalitions are still included in the list of candidates, if all the documents are filled correctly. In this case the election list, alliance or coalition will not have an identifier.
